Background
The Dexus team set out to create a single delivery destination for all occupants at Rialto. Groundfloor™’s solution provided new tech-enabled addition to their existing suite of premium amenities, offering the delivery of personal parcels, business mail and a variety of Concierge services like dry cleaning, shoe repair and more.
Solution implemented
Together with Dexus, Groundfloor™ designed a new central delivery point for the building, installing 170 lockers across two individual locker systems. The newly created Delivery Bank is conveniently located between the end-of-trip facilities and the loading dock. The location is ideal for streamlining courier traffic and is easy to access for the tenants.
Outcome delivered
Couriers can deliver packages quickly and easily while tenants can collect their packages at a time convenient to them. All delivery notifications to the tenants are distributed through SMS notifications or email. The solution is contactless and requires very little assistance from the building teams. All deliveries are tracked and stored securely without any double handling or involvement from the onsite team.
