Nomura Real Estate partners with leading real estate technology investor, Taronga Ventures

Nomura Real Estate Development has today announced a partnership with leading built environment technology investment firm, Taronga Ventures, which includes investment into Taronga’s RealTech Ventures Fund.

Nomura will leverage Taronga’s coverage across global technology markets and utilise its deep understanding of real estate across Asia Pacific to deliver enhanced experiences to its customers and communities. Nomura has already begun implementing Taronga’s portfolio technology in its business and will continue to drive opportunities to innovate across its real estate development, operations and transactions.

The firm invests into scalable opportunities that enhances the built environment. Nomura joins the recently announced, Mitsubishi Corporation, as well a leading group of some of the world’s largest real estate firms, including PGIM Real Estate (NYSE:PRU), CBRE (NYSE: CBRE), Patrizia AG (ETR:PAT), Grosvenor Group and Dexus (AXS:DXS) that have invested with Taronga.
