In 2022, ICD Brookfield Place in Dubai became the first building to receive both WiredScore and SmartScore certifications at Platinum level in the GCC. ICD Brookfield Place is the region’s premier lifestyle and business destination combining 990,000 sq. ft. of sustainable, future-ready workspace with 180,000 sq. ft. of highly curated dining, retail, and community space.

Outcome delivered
The asset received both WiredScore and SmartScore Platinum certifications after implementation of a connected operations platform, enabling utility tracking, energy benchmarking analytics, fault detection and diagnostics, effectively digitising operations and maintenance processes.
